After reading this book it was definitely more intense then the first. I don’t want to spoil... but the relationship is definitely not healthy or what people should be trying to make there’s. But it doesn’t change the fact that these books are amazing. I’m truly in love with “Hessa” and as I read on I’m exited for there relationship to change and grow.. make sure you read the books in order, as I made the mistake by grabbing the wrong one at the library, I took a while before I could get the one I wanted. Seems to me like I have to place a hold on the next book as soon as I get into the one I have. I finish them over night. And never regret staying up late to finish one more chapter. So wonderful and definitely a good read.

I almost never DNF books, especially not audiobooks, but three hours into this one and I had to stop to retain my sanity. Not even ten minutes in and I wanted to tear my hair out in frustration. As I stated in my review of After, I was strangely enthralled by the story, but the cooling off period between finishing that book and starting this one finally allowed me to see reason. Tessa and Hardin’s relationship becomes even more toxic in this next book and the back and forth drags on and on. It was just too much drama and not enough substance. I can officially say I am done with this series.

Oh my Lord if I received a dollar for every "F bomb, I love you, and sorry" between these two i'd be a billionaire! However the Author hooks you with this series and I will continue reading until all 4 books are done. Tessa sure gives blondes a bad name though. She's so dumb to continue to accept Hardin's behaviours and pardons. Gives to the motto women gravitate to "bad boys"; guess it's our nurturing side. The only reason i'll finish the series is curiosity to see if these two finally figure it out that love shouldn't be that hard.

The first book in the series (After) is okay. But the ending is surprising and intriguing, which made me want to read the 2nd book in the series (After We Collided). I gave the book a fair chance, but I I got about halfway before I gave up. It is quite bad. And most of all, Hardin's character is so unlikable. He is just a childish, rude, aggressive guy, which I was quite disgusted by. How can Tessa love him? how can she forgive the douche? what's wrong with her? seriously, unless you are a teenager, or a v e r y young (female) adult, I'm quite sure you are not the target audience for this book (series) .
