Got bored pretty much right away. There's a scene where she's mopping up a lot of blood and the girl says, what did you do?

I'm hoping it's not what I think. Hack up all the people you like, just leave the animals alone. That's an instant OFF for me.

Seen this all before and done better. Fatal Attraction. Even the over the top, illogical (no abuser is abusive ALL the time) and overacted Burning Bed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Isabel must have needed the cash. This is a totally ridiculous movie.

44 minutes was enough. Could not get into it.

An unexpected surprise of a film.

Great movie! Very scary because it could happen. Most of us were brought up like her, do the right thing, trust people. Director of "The Crazies" and "Case 39", both also very good. I highly recommend this movie. Enjoy.

This film is reminiscent of the old Alfred Hitchcock psycho thrillers. Lots of suspense and a surprising finish. I liked it.

I just didn't like this film. For three reasons:
1. Chloe Grace Moretz seems to have farmed in her performance - pretty bad over and under acting it seems. Isabelle Huppert was pretty darn good though.
2. There were some genuinely preposterous parts of the plot as it unfolded. There were some good tie-back moments, but generally, too many holes for me to accept.
3. I just don't enjoy this kind of movie. This movie is about someone completely unhinged, completely insane - and I just didn't like it. Now, I say that - but then I loved Silence of the Lambs. This was a straight-to-video worse than b-movie quality compared to Silence of the Lambs though.
If you love disturbing, mentally-ill people thrillers - you might enjoy this movie - there is enough there to be enjoyed as that type of movie. But if disturbing thrillers are not your kind of film, you will be sorely disappointed by this.

This one of those preposterous thrillers that would have been a straight to video release back in the 80s or 90s. Isabelle Huppert is a serial fatal attractionist who leaves handbags on the subway to lure young women to her home where she befriends them and then quickly starts becoming a psychotic stalker. The movie starts out well and then kinds of grinds to halt where it seems to become repetitive till you get to the action climax of the movie. Nothing here makes a lick of sense and Isabelle Huppert seems to be having fun with going so over the top with her performance but the audience will probably not share that joy. Was completely suprised that a such low grade B movie was directed by Neil Jordan who has made very interesting and special films in the past like Company of Wolves,Mona Lisa and Crying Game.

I'm not a perfect man.
-Which is fine, except now you're quoting Bill Clinton, so...
===
So, how was the job?
-It was fine, you know, until I figure out...
What to do with your life?
-No one ever does.
===
Okay, this is Manhattan. You find a bag, you call bomb squad. Don't open that.
===
Yes. A spa day. Or we could do a colonic. Come on, it'll be fun.
- Will it be?
Yeah. They jet asparagus juice up your ass. And it's not just about cleansing your body, it's also very good for short-term memory.
- Really?
Hmm-mmm. Jason Largo was dyslexic, and since he's been doing them, now he can say the alphabet backwards.
===
You were friends, weren't you?
-We were acquainted for a while, and then she went away. Poof. Not a word. But that's young people for you. They have their own lives to lead.

Boyfriend?
-No, my roommate from Smith. Her dad bought her a loft in Tribeca for graduation, so we're breaking it in.
===
If those are mine, I'm gonna dry-hump you right here.
-I wish.
===
Ma'am, technically, she can stand there with a telephoto lens and a tripod and take your picture if she wants to. Public area, her rights are protected.
===
A restraining order. How could I apply for one?
-You file a petitioner's affidavit before the court administrator. Once the filing fee is paid, it's forwarded to the judge for review. The judge may then schedule a hearing.
And how long could that take?
-It's Manhattan. The courts are overcrowded.
===
The bags, you see, were the perfect solution. Who would believe a simple green leather handbag would solve an eternity of loneliness? Endlessly recycled through lost and found. "If found, please return to..." Oh, yes, they brought company.

"Liebestraum." Do you know what it means? A dream of love. Because that's all love leaves us with. A dream. A memory.
===
It was actually a really spiritual experience. They cleanse your soul, not just your butt, to the sound of shamanic singing bowls and pan flutes.
-Please be kidding.
===
Did I just snort crystal meth, or did you just offer to go dog shopping with an old lady?
===
I'm left with this... This dream of her, and I don't want her to fade.
-It won't. If you keep it here. In your heart.
===
You know, my friends say, uh... I'm like chewing gum.
-Chewing gum?
I tend to stick around.
===
Why do you always think that you can just tell me what to do?
-Right, I'm just some superficial bitch. But I don't see how making some random lady your surrogate mom is normal.
Excuse me?
-You're gonna pretend that that's not what's going on here? It's so obvious, it's sad. She's not your mother.
I'm gonna try and forget that you just said that to me.
