Brookfield Heights, Michigan is left divided by the 2016 U.S. presidential election. Local restaurant owner Ally Mayfair-Richards (Sarah Paulson) is utterly distraught by Donald Trump's victory and several of her longstanding phobias, including coulrophobia, hemophobia, and trypophobia, flare up as a result. Similarly devastated is fellow Brookfield Heights resident Winter Anderson (Billie Lourd), a liberal college dropout. Contrarily, Kai Anderson (Evan Peters), Winter's estranged and manipulative brother is enticed to pursue political power. Kai recruits a disillusioned Winter and frustrated newscast reporter Beverly Hope (Adina Porter). Ally finds herself relentlessly terrorized by masked clowns. Her paranoia, escalated by the suspicious activities of new neighbors Harrison (Billy Eichner) and Meadow Wilton (Leslie Grossman), hinders her relationships with her wife Ivy (Alison Pill) and their son (Cooper Dodson). The complete seventh season.

After the gong show that was Roanoke, it was nice to see AHS get back to form with a season that managed to be topical and creepy. I always find the best AHS seasons are where the real monsters are human. This season revolves around the last presidential election and the growing divide in the American population, without being too biased.

As a fan of A H S I thought it was kinda off track and a little of 20 century fox getting back at Trump for calling them and others FAKE NEWS, but all in all and as a fan of A H S i admit i watched it all at once.....

Normally I love American Horror Story, but the quality seems to vary. Cult was...eh. Okay-ish. But felt like one of the weaker seasons of the franchise, and I couldn't get into the whole reality show format or angle in season 6: Roanoke.

When I started watching it I thought the storyline would be different. Then, it spun out of control. I watched the series in one day. It was that good.
