Recommend. Get past your personal negative blocks against prosperity to accept Joe Vitale's input in how this book came about. (Since we are all connected, negative thoughts about someone else are negative thoughts about yourself.) The REAL STORY is about Dr. Hew Len's training with Kahuna Morrnah Simeona and how he applied it to his life and practice. Yes, this is only partial info on her updating of Ho'oponopono because you need to attend a training session to truly learn, understand and apply this process in your life. If you believe in the law of attraction, Simeona's belief that we are 100% responsible for attracting negative events and people makes sense. Her updated process offers a positive path for clearing that negativity based on four simple statements "I LOVE YOU", "I'm sorry", "Please forgive me", and "Thank You". We can collect negative programs from our families, our friends, or anyone we come into contact with and we need regular clearing to reach the Zero Point where there are no limits. I have starting applying these statements (with meditation) where I have a few very difficult people and situations and have noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement!

This book appears to me to be a promotional tool for activities of the authors. It was a disappointing read and leads one to think this book is more an advertisement and ego than the true history of the ancient hawaiian Ho'oponopono process from Morrnah Simeona.

If you are interested in the modern application of Hawaiian spirituality, try "Urban Shaman" by Dr. Serge Kahili King or "The Easiest Way" by Mabel Katz.

The worst kind of psychobabble. One thing of value I took on is to approach people with the thought "I love you" in mind. It starts the interaction off in a positive direction. Otherwise, I firmly believe you may control your perception of the world, but you do not and can not control reality itself.
