A mixed bag, quality-wise. These are their earlier efforts and every movie has some classic material but each also has some really lame stuff, too. That said, they are still better than most comedies today. The Cocoanuts is probably their weakest picture here. The Marx Brothers themselves hated it and tried to buy up and destroy all the copies. Didn't work out.

5/5
This collection contains the three best Marx Brothers movies, "Duck Soup", "Monkey Business" and "Horse Feathers." Therefore you have 3 of the funniest movies ever made. The style is dated and one must allow for that but if given a chance the viewer will be rewarded with many hours of laughter.

This 6-DVD collection gives the viewer 5 wacky & wonky Marx Brothers movies from the very beginning of their film careers as comedians in the early 1930s._____ Join Chico, Harpo, Zeppo and, of course, Groucho as these 4 clowns of balderdash inevitably get themselves involved in all sorts of zany, over-the-top situations._____ From their silly slapstick shenanigans - To their rapid-fire one-liners - To their wild insults and tongue-in-cheek innuendo - See just why The Marx Brothers were one of the most celebrated, no-holds-barred comedy teams from Hollywood's heyday._____ All filmed in b&w, this DVD collection contains such titles as Duck Soup, Horse Feathers and Monkey Business._____ P.S. - For one to best appreciate The Marx Brothers' brand of humor (which was sometimes very hit'n'miss), I think it's really important to keep in mind that these movies are now 80+ years old.

Horse Feathers- This movie features Zeppo the most out of all the ones I've seen so far. It was the first Marx Bros. film I saw and I had to watch it a second time for their brand of humour to sink in- once it did, I really liked it.

Duck Soup may be the funniest movie ever made. A great collection, although it doesn't include A Night at the Opera.
