Didn't fancy this book at all.

I like the fact that it touches on all sorts of alternative medical branches (Herbal, Aroma, Homeo...) but not very serious from a scientific perspective.

There is no mention of evidence that any of the remedies work, no references to the author's sources of information. Yet another alternative remedies book.
