Easy and delish!!!!!!!!!
Most of the recipes - and all of those that I used - are quite simple: straightforward and easy to understand and follow. Not too many or obscure ingredients, and no convoluted and lengthy instructions. The fist chapter could be used as a lecture for fat people who wish to (finally) loose weight. A drawback is that the appendix for meal plans lacks page references to the recipes. An excellent inclusion are recipes for chicken, beef, and vegetable soup stock from scratch.
