Lots of good sounding recipes, but this is definitely a cookbook for people who like to spend time in the kitchen. I found most of the recipes too involved for everyday use. Plenty of inspiration, though!

I just cooked one of his dinners last night, the Rustic Johnnycakes and Collard Greens with pickled caramelized onions - it's sooo good! You have no idea it's healthy eating. The flavors are all over the place good.
