I found this book very informative... also a little repetitive (needed a better editor). I have severe osteo, and early onset. I wonder why the Vit K wasn't suggested much earlier as well as nutritional guides to creating a far more alkaline diet with reasons why that is important. Magnesium bisglycinate has also helped a lot and it was added in by the doctors at the Change Pain Clinic in Vancouver.
