This little book is a gem! It is short and sweet, straight to the point. If you are looking for lots of tiny, tiny details, you probably won't get it here. You get lots of points, but always with the big picture in mind. I highly recommend this, even if you just spend 45 minutes skimming through sections that are relevant to you and your organization/s. Great for board members and staff.
