Another cute story about Buddy and Earl, and their viewpoint on the world around the. In this book a baby (really a toddler) comes to visit the house, and the two friends must first learn what a baby truly is, as their experience the chaos a toddler loose in the house can cause. However, no one is hurt and in the end friendships are still intact.
I feel this story would be more understood by older children, and adults. There is more text per page than I remember from the other stories, and the situations would be better appreciated by someone who has had the experience of chasing a toddler around. For example when the baby is 'washing' the shoes in the toilet, a young child will not understand why it is humerus that book and other items become as clean as the shoes.
