I loved this book! My toddler son was engaged the whole time while reading this and was able to pick out animals on each page to name. At the same time, the language was very soothing and rhythmic so it put him to sleep by the end. I also personally enjoyed the moral of the story. Great book for kids and adults alike!

Change can be a very scary thing, no matter what age you are but as this book says "...if you want things to change, you first have to change YOU."

Mouse looks for ways to be courageous and strong. From the outside, Lion has all the traits that mouse would love to possess. But, deep inside, Lion is a terrified ball of worries and insecurities. Together, they work towards being strong and courageous beasts.

A great read! I would read this to preschoolers to Grade 1.
