Events › Art from the Heart

Join us for Art From the Heart, an 8-week therapeutic creative arts program facilitated by a Registered Art Therapist. This program is designed for caregivers and the individuals they support who are living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or mild to moderate dementia.

Held every Tuesday from March 10 to April 28 at the Aurora Public Library (15145 Yonge Street, Aurora), Art From the Heart offers a warm, welcoming, and supportive space to explore creativity together.

Through guided art experiences, participants are encouraged to foster connection, self-expression, and meaningful shared moments — strengthening relationships while building community with others who truly understand the journey.
