Join us for a live cooking demonstration celebrating African cuisine, led by Chef Patience, a talented chef originally from Zimbabwe. Chef Patience is not only a culinary artist but also a recipe developer, culinary instructor, and food and wine pairing expert, showcasing a wide array of skills.

Deeply passionate about honoring the richness of her home continent—its vibrant cultures and mouthwatering cuisine—Chef Patience is dedicated to presenting African food in its finest light. 

Guided by her unofficial motto, "Fresh, Local, Seasonal, Organic," she skillfully blends traditional African ingredients with flavors that resonate with Canadian palates.
